As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard at all times. You will lead by example, demonstrate strong operational discipline, and take a proactive approach to day-to-day retail management. This role is a key support to the Venue Manager and plays an integral part in driving team performance, maintaining retail standards, and contributing to the overall success of the venue.
